You may cancel your order at any time before it ships for a full refund. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
If your order has already shipped, you are still fully covered by our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a refund within 60 days of delivery in accordance with our return policy.
